Procurement Made Easy

The buyer doesn’t have to do much during the hardest part of the procurement process. Because of this, our consulting service is very appealing.

Even though our service is free, we need two minutes of the buyer’s time to find out exactly what they need and how much they expect to pay. This is the most the buyer will have to pay until we find the right supplier for them.

So, here is the usual way we do things…

The buyer tells us what they want. On the buyer registration form, we get the exact information we need to help with this.

We look through our database to find the best suppliers who can meet the needs of the buyer.
We call the suppliers on the short list to find out if they can meet the buyer’s needs and, if so, how well they can close the deal.

We always try to limit our search to suppliers who can meet all of our needs. If there are no suppliers in our database who can meet all of the needs, we look in other databases that are linked together.

Once the supplier(s) have been told that they are still in the running (for the current order), we will give him information about the buyer. At the same time, we’ll get in touch with the buyer and give them information about the supplier(s) we’ve chosen.
The buyer and the supplier will talk about the order and negotiate about it and proceed with the order process.
