The supplier provides us with product details and general pricing information. The supplier registration form collects the specific information we require in this regard.
When a buyer has a demand and target price for a product that is similar to the information we have gathered from the supplier, we will contact that supplier to see if and to what extent they can service the buyer.
We will ask the buyer if the price and terms of the provider are acceptable. If he continues to be interested, we will send supplier a consultation fee agreement to sign and return. This agreement guarantees our consulting fee upon receipt of payment from the purchaser. The charge varies according to the product.
Supplier returns the signed form to us, and we provide him with the buyer’s contact information. At the same time, we provide the buyer with the supplier’s contact information and request that both parties continue talks.
The supplier calls the buyer and negotiates. We do not participate in the bargaining procedure. Our job is limited to providing a database introduction.
