Our Agreement
Every agreement we have with a supplier is different. We come to a deal based on what we’ve talked about and the item that’s for sale.
The fee we charge is owed to us by law as soon as the supplier gets paid by the buyer. This is one of the things that the agreement talks about.
The fee is worked out when we decide that a certain supplier is a good fit for one of our professional buyers. If a fee is not agreed upon at this time, the agreement says that the standard percentage fee will be charged.
The fee must also be paid every time the buyer pays the supplier (for the lifetime of the supply). With our agreement, there is no way to get around this fee.
We are only responsible for making sure that the right supplier and the right buyer get in touch with each other. We don’t negotiate or take letters of credit in our name.
Send us an email if you want to see the full details of our agreement, and we’ll send you a generic agreement (without the fee structure).
